Twitter’s Engineering and Design Chiefs Set to Resign Following Managerial Restructuring

Twitter’s head of engineering, Michael Montano and head of design, Dantley Davis, are expected to resign from their respective positions as part of a wider managerial restructuring by the leading social network work.

This announcement was made by the company further adding that the two will be stepping down from their roles at the end of the year which is now less than three weeks away. This development comes barely days after the company’s founder and former chief executive officer Jack Dorsey also stepped down from his CEO role.

Product lead Kayvon Beykpour, revenue product lead Bruce Falck and Vice President of Engineering Nick Caldwell will now lead the three units respectively,” said Twitter.

Following the departure of Dorsey, chief technology officer, Parag Agrawal will be taking over as the new chief executive. The company says Agrawal has decided to re-organize the top managerial positions in the company by shifting to a general manager model for consumer, revenue and technology who will be in charge of all the major design and research, engineering and project management teams.
