Trump Castigates Fauci in Public

The former President of United States, Donald Trump, has publicly denounced infectious disease expert Anthony Fauci concerning how he handled the coronavirus pandemic. Trump made the castigation during a speech he was making in Greenville, North Carolina.

Trump echoed sentiments of Republican politicians who have been pointing fingers to Dr. Fauci for asking Americans to wear masks so as to reduce transmission rate of the deadly virus and also his stand against claims that the virus came from a lab in Wuhan, China.

According to Trump, Fauci is not a great doctor but a great promoter which he said can be backed by Fauci’s frequent television appearances. “But he’s been wrong on almost every issue and he was wrong on Wuhan and the lab also,” added Trump.

Trump further called on China to pay $10 trillion to the United States and world at large as reparations to how it handled the pandemic situation. He also added that countries should cancel their debts to China.

North Carolina Republican Party Chairman Michael Whatley was the one who introduced Trump to the podium, Whatley introduced the former president as ‘our president’ which seems to support Trump’s claims that last year’s presidential elections were rigged to throw him out of the White House.
