JPMorgan Bringing Back Employees to Work From Office

Financial service holding company and investment bank JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM) announced that it will be bringing back its England based staff to resume working from the bank’s offices starting from June 21.

According to the memo disbursed by the bank, staff in England offices will be working partly remotely and partly from the physical offices.

We expect in the weeks that follow that June date, all employees in England will be in the office on a consistent schedule,” said the bank.

In addition, JPMorgan said it will be giving updates concerning its workers in Scotland and regarding when they can resume working from offices once lockdown policies become clearer in the country.

The bank however said staff will resume working in England offices with a maximum 50% office occupancy. Whether if this will be adjusted, it will depend on when the British government ease COVID-19 containment measures in the country.
