Oracle Makes Clouds Business Deals With MacDonald, Humana and Albertsons.

U.S based Tech Company Oracle Corp. (ORCL) has secured cloud business deals with MacDonald Corp. (MCD), Humana Inc. (HUM) and Albertsons Companies Inc. (ACI) to shift some of their work to cloud computing services of Oracle.

Oracle says MacDonald will move its North American financial systems to Oracle’s cloud services, The remaining two will also shift some of their applications to Oracle’s cloud computing services.

Oracle says it made a deal with Xactly a business software company. In the deal, Xactly will move a majority of its computing work to Oracle’s cloud service.

Xactly develops software used by companies to track compensation for sales staff as they make deals. The company delivers its software as a service over the internet additionally it uses its own co-located centers leased from providers.

In the deal, Xactly will move its major product called Incent to Oracle’s cloud computing services. Neither of the parties disclosed the value of the deal.

As we grow, the data centers get full, things slow down and we have to write a giant check to build another data center,” said CEO of Xactly, Chris Cabrera.
