How Amazon records data of users?
Amazon stores all your information collected through its Alexa (digital voice assistant) and Echo Devices. Two minor voice commands to delete audio
Amazon offers two minor voice commands to delete the audio. You can delete the audio just by saying, “Delete Everything I Said Today” or “Alexa, delete what I said.” But, all the transcripts for the last three months are retained by Amazon unless you delete manually. The company uses a tactic to prevent deleting your data. You should be prudent to get rid of your data from Amazon.
Google tracks every word you type for a search
Google goes a step ahead. It records every word you say to the voice assistant or type through the keyboard for a search in its search engine. The company uses all the information for marketing when compared to Amazon, which uses to improve your experience. You can also uncheck the Data and personalization and Web activity in the browser to prevent recording. However, Google stores all the data stealthily. You can delete your activity on Google manually.
Apple collects your data if you voluntarily opt for improving dictation and Siri. The company will use the data for improving user’s experience and quality.
